How do I register?
You can register online through the NeuroNet website. On the Integrated Rhythms Nanodegree page or the Early Learning Learning Nandodegree page, click the “Add to Cart” button on the page to complete your purchase, which will register your for the course. If you would like to register and pay over the phone, please call 352-450-5625. You can also fax a purchase order to 954-208-1413 or mail a check to our office at the following address: NeuroNet Learning LLC, 235 S Main Street, Gainesville, FL 32601.
What is included in my registration?
One therapist registration includes access to the online course, a one-year therapist software license, and three NeuroNet software programs for the corresponding course you register for.
When will the online course begin?
Once you have made your purchase, check your email for a message inviting you to create your password for the online course. You should receive this message within 1 to 2 business days of making your purchase. Once you create your login information, you can begin to access course materials.
Will I need to purchase anything else to complete the online course?
No, you are not required to purchase anything else to complete the course. Some of the NeuroNet Exercises require the use of a stepping stool. The stepping stool is not included with the course, but they are available at most large retail stores and online here.
How is the online course structured?
The online courses are structured to take one month to complete. Courses are broken down into short video segments of approximately seven minutes each which are followed by assessment questions. The course can be accessed on a computer or mobile device. The content can be viewed any time and be viewed multiple times if desired.
How do I become a Certified NeuroNet Provider?
Following the completion of the online course, you will have 60 days to complete and submit your application for certification. The Integrated Rhythms application includes filling out a sample NeuroNet Intake and Evaluation as well as filming yourself performing 12 of the NeuroNet Exercises. The Early Learning application requires you to perform a sample Intake and Evaluation. It is highly recommended that therapists become Certified in Integrated Rhythms before Early Learning. The complete application will be sent to you at the end of the online course. Remember, only Licensed Allied Health Professionals can become Certified NeuroNet Providers. Why should I become a NeuroNet Certified Provider?
You must be certified in order to offer NeuroNet to your clients. Once you are certified, your name and contact information will be added to the Therapist Directory on our website. This will allow potential NeuroNet patients in your area to find and identify you as a Certified NeuroNet Provider.
How do I implement NeuroNet with my patients?
During the online course, you will be instructed on the proper protocol for evaluating patients for NeuroNet and how to implement the program with patients you determine would benefit from NeuroNet. As a part of the evaluation process, you will learn how to fill out the intake forms and conduct a NeuroNet evaluation. The online course also includes instruction on implementing the program such as proper technique for each exercise, how often a patient needs to do NeuroNet at home (5 days a week), and how to progress the patient through each level of the program.
What are the future costs associated with using the NeuroNet Software?
There is an annual licensing fee of $199.00 associated with using the NeuroNet Software as a Certified Provider. This fee covers software updates and technical support for you and your clients. The fee for the first year is included in your online course registration. This means you will not need to pay the $199.00 licensing fee until the second year of software use. If you take another workshop in the future, you will receive another free year of software use.
Can I record the online course for later use?
No. The NeuroNet Online Course cannot be recorded for any reason.
